This is not a company just about selling skin care and makeup lines that I must add are simply Divine, but its far more than that.
Being part of Arbonne is about changing peoples lives for the better as well as your own. In a short year and half I cannot believe the changes I myself have been through. I have been a hairdresser for 18 years and definitely am a people person, but had absolutely no experience with sales or getting up in front of an audience to do any sort of presentation or public speaking for that matter, but I tell you …I do it and I do it well! At first it was totally out of my comfort element but it really does get easier, and it is a huge accomplishment when you actually do something that is not the norm for you and you do it well.
I never would have seen me doing something like this in a million years but am I ever glad I made the choice to do it .What a feeling it is to conquer your fears and help other people feel good. It actually is a dream that I never thought possible.
Dreaming is the first step to acheiving!
Would I be lying to you if I said I haven’t had my hardships building this dream…
ABSOLUTELY!
Of course there is hard times but those hard times make you stronger and more determined and those hard times also make you appreciate your success! Imagine if it was so easy you made it to the top in your sleep with no hard work or tears shed, what joy would you get! Now imagine you had a dream and made a choice that no matter what hard times you have or how tears you cry or how many times you heard…” just give it up, it isn’t going to work” and throughout all that you kept on dreaming and pushing forward and because of all your hard work , tears and perseverance.
You got to the top!
How good would that feel? How proud of yourself would you be? and most importantly … How deserving would you be?
Wow!
See folks in a short period of time this is what Arbonne has given me so far and this to me is worth far more then my paychecks, my recognition and a Mercedes…those are just the awesome bonuses you get for all your hard work.
The real payoff for me is the changes I have made in my life, meeting all kinds of people and helping them which in turn helps me.

Is The Party Plan Business For You?
That’s a great question, and one unfortunately I can’t answer for you, but I sure can tell you why I LOVE the Party plan Network marketing company I represent. It’s all pretty easy to explain, and I’m not sure why many women shy from the whole idea… I simply LOVE this about the party plan, THE PARTY of course!
There is nothing I enjoy more than to get together with a bunch of new women, and tell them how they deserve the very best both externally and internally. I mean I really enjoy talking about the Arbonne product line to new people because I really believe in it 100%, so the conversation comes easier, and I feel great at the end of the night. I simply enjoy empowering others especially women, and help them see just how beautiful they are, and how much more they can be.
So many opportunities out there are so focused on the money side of business, and quite frankly so are the people that get involved in those opportunities and that makes me feel sad for them. Seriously folks, if money made you happy, then the poor would be miserable, but in fact the opposite is true, and I have met some really wonderful people who had very little to offer monetarily speaking, but were rich in their hearts and would make even the wealthy jealous.
The point I’m trying to make, is that if you’re going to do something then let it be fun, and worth your while. A job or career shouldn’t be a miserable event, we spend a lot of time working, it might as well be enjoyable right?
I just came back from a new business builder of mine, and let me tell you… She got me excited, and here’s why.
A lot of us are courageous enough to venture into the unknown, and start our very own business. I say courageous because most of us will never do anything unless we’re sure it’s going to work. In the last year or so, I have heard every reason why something won’t work, but very few tell me what works. You see most don’t have the courage to speak out, share their real thoughts, and go against what “the crowd” is doing, but I have never been one for that. We are all human, and we go through our slump moments. And I recently was in one of those moments, But….
That all changes when you find a new business builder, a new recruit, a new business partner, call it whatever you want, I call it a rejuvenation of my goal and dream. It feels great when someone sees what you see, and are willing to take on the challenge. Not just for the money, but for the whole principle of being Powerful, self sufficient, and able to empower other women to do the same!
To my new Business builder, I Thank You! Because I needed you as much as you needed me. The party plan MLM structure is great for women like me, because we love socializing and just having a ball! The benefits and perks is obviously the money, the freedom, and the relationships we make along the way. I also love the acknowledgment I get even if I didn’t do so well. It’s not uncommon for your boss to praise you when you’ve done a job well, but where is he when you haven’t?
Not with this gig, we encourage one another, and support each other even when we didn’t succeed, and that my friends is very important in such a highly competitive world. It seems everyone’s pitching the best product around, and In our hearts we believe it, but the truth we must never forget, is that people buy from people they know and trust, and that my friends isn’t something you can fake,You’re either genuine and true, or your long term ability to grow your business will fail.
If you’re not happy doing whatever you’re doing, then I would like to talk with you. I am always looking for like minded individuals that I can help, and that can help me.
I enjoy this business, I enjoy the people, and I enjoy the community and relationships I’m building. The money will always come, if you put other people first.
